Bhutto killed in suicide attack
RAWALPINDI, Pakistan - Pakistan opposition leader Benazir Bhutto was assassinated Thursday in a suicide attack that also killed at least 20 others at a campaign rally, aides said.

Flights canceled a third day
CHICAGO (AP) - United Airlines canceled flights for a third consecutive day Wednesday as it struggled to recover from a weekend winter storm at one of the more crucial travel periods of the year.

5 to 7 inches of snow expected here on Friday
Snowfall is predicted to begin after midnight and continue throughout the day Friday, dumping about 5 to 7 inches on northern Illinois, Tim Halbach of the National Weather Service in Romeoville said in a phone interview Thursday morning.
