Mother of man charged in shooting testifies
SYCAMORE - A 22-year-old Kankakee man charged with shooting a Chicago man in downtown DeKalb more than a year ago was found hiding near where the incident occurred, because he had “just seen a shooting and was scared,” according to one of the police officers who found him.
