DeKALB - In the first meeting of the Northern Illinois University board of trustees since the campus was shaken by the Feb. 14 shooting that left six dead and 16 injured, board Chairwoman Cherilyn Murer asked university President John Peters to establish a committee to review the incident and the university's response.
