Council approves Engh Farm Lease
SYCAMORE - Stormy weather didn't prevent the Sycamore City Council from getting some work done Monday. Despite a severe thunderstorm and tornado warning that forced the council to move its meeting from council chambers to the lower level of the Sycamore Center, aldermen continued with the agenda and unanimously approved a 2-year lease to allow the Sycamore Historical Society and Museum to move into the city-owned Engh Farmstead at 1730 N. Main St.

Courts set to track criminals with GPS
DeKALB - A new Illinois law will allow courts to track people accused of stalking and harassing victims of domestic violence - but some state and local officials say more measures are needed to ensure victims' safety.
