Bouquet - Not everyone would have noticed that Evelyn Kikkebush hadn't brought her paper inside for several days, much less would have worried about it. But 9-year-old paper carrier Ethan Hall did notice, and he did worry about his elderly neighbor. He shared his worries with his mother, who called police. Kikkebush had been lying on her kitchen floor for three days after a fall and needed medical attention. We should all be as observant and as willing to take action to help our neighbors as Ethan.
